ACTION:
The Board of Directors met in closed session on March 25, 2026, from 4:36 p.m. to 5:35 p.m.
Three Board members were present, with Directors Anderson and Desmond absent. The Board
took the following reportable action:
On Items 30C and FP01 A, with all three Directors present voting “AYE,” the Board authorized
County Counsel to initiate litigation. Particulars about the litigation will be disclosed to any
person upon inquiry, after litigation has formally commenced.
